If you’ve never tried pickled garlic, be a devil and give it a go. Pickling removes the usual bitter aftertaste & smell! The result is delicious and it's tempting to eat straight from the jar. Use in place of pickled onions – on an antipasto plate, cheeseboard or a ploughmans platter.
