All orders are securely packaged so all products arrive as they left; in perfect condition. Shipping costs are determined by weight, and are calculated when going through the checkout process. The larger items that exceed Australian Post maximum sizing are assessed and priced according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater, and then sent via courier. This will of course exceed the pricing determined by Australian Post shipping price quoted on the order.

Returns
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the Toffee Factory team. If you are in dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us undamaged and in original packaging, within 14 (fourteen) days of your receiving them. Return postage will be the responsibility of the returning party. If you are unhappy with our products, please let us know, so we can try to improve our services.
